How To Get Started Designing Your Range Hood

Above is a picture of a Venetian Plaster vent hood that I wrapped in 1/4 inch sheetrock. I used corner bead and floated it smooth prior to applying the Venetian Plaster.

Plaster of Italy will guide you through the process of selecting the color of your range hood, as well as providing you with venetian plaster samples to select from. To prepare for the plaster the range hood needs to be either wood or sheetrock. with no visible cracks or seams. We apply a quartz primer for adhesion purposes, then proceed with the Plaster application. We have different sealers for your vent hood to choose from.
